We have been doing a ton of exciting things here at Le Keux, (and there is all too much to come!) and because we have been so busy prettifying girls and photographing and filming beautiful things, we thought it would be a fun idea to share some behind the scenes of what goes on here at our Birmingham Salon and talk about some of the exciting things that happened during the week.
This week was jam packed full of projects and meetings.
On Tuesday, our Birmingham deputy manager, Rachel did a beautiul curl set hairstyle for Megans graduation.
On Wednesday our new intern, Nadine had her induction and worked really hard on creating a cool social media strategy for us. She set us up on Snapchat, Younow, Periscope and came up with a lot of fun ideas that we know you all will enjoy!

We also did a Skills Test for the recruitment of new staff for the Birmingham salon. A good turn out of beautiful ladies came in to show us their fabulous vintage makeup and hair skills.
Thursday saw the Le Keux staff do a little bit of self styling, so we had an amazing training session with Lynsey who taught us a variety of pin up hair styles and a classic retro makeup look.
It was a lot of fun taking crazy selfies with our hair sticking up in the air like cartoon characters! Anybody remember the little girl from the Grinch??
There were 2 hen parties on the Saturday with 11 beautiful ladies doing a pin up photoshoot. Busy, busy, busy, but a whole lot of fun!
